Difficult to link with wi-fi and with devices. Not very user friendly. But that’s what happens when there are no staff to assist you. You take a chance.

The printer usually displays offline. One can go through all the steps listed to correct the issue then it will say turn on when it is already on. This printer needs to get it’s act together!! I absolutely hate it.

Absolutely the most difficult printer I've had. It has 2 paper feeds, both of which continually jam or aren't able to feed the paper into the printer. Now, without warning, both ink cartridges are empty. It went from working fine to completely not printing legibly in a matter of 1 page. This printer has just been a $200 headache and will be being replaced now that the ink is gone again.

Manufactures inaccurate disclaimer - Not 5Ghz capable. Cannon Support will have you jump through hoops in order to actually reach a technical representative. Customer service acknowledges that their product information page is inaccurate but does not offer a solution or substitution. Do not recommend any product based on their support alone.

This printer used a ton of ink. I had to keep reconnecting my apple 12 pro max over and over again. Was a huge inconvenience. Had trouble connecting to my apple xr though.

The Canon Pixma TS6420 is a fantastic choice for anyone needing a reliable, space-saving printer. Its sleek and compact design fits perfectly in small spaces, yet it delivers impressive performance. The wireless setup is simple, and the Canon app makes printing and scanning from your phone a breeze. Print quality is excellent, with sharp text and vibrant colors for photos. It’s perfect for everyday documents and occasional photo printing. The all-in-one functionality (print, scan, and copy) adds great versatility. Ink usage is reasonable, and replacement cartridges are easy to find. A great value for home or small office use!

Not a fair review. I bought this Open Box. When I got it home, it would not work. This was the only printer for that model, so I bought a different model.
