Sol far everything about this device is a pain in the behind, from trying to enter the WiFi password to trying to plug in the USB cable.

I ignored low reviews thinking I'm tech savy enough. WRONG. This printer has caused me SO much frustration. I yell at it constantly and even cry sometimes. You'll feel like you're playing surgery every time you use it. I print at the library (costs $) a lot just to avoid my own printer. We only got a new printer because our old one didn't work with windows 11. The printing speed is slow. It doesn't come with a manual. The only nice thing is the wifi printing. Please don't buy this so you can save your future self!

    It works

So far so good. I’ve had back luck with printers so the real test will be when I put new ink in it. If it works at that point it will be better than my last one of a different brand. I don’t print very often but when I do I want it to work. The last one did not but I have high hopes for this one.

    It's an inkjet printer...

Good basic printer. Does everything a printer should. Incredibly slow and lags communicating with laptop over fast and nearby wifi router. Also, seems every time I want to print something, it needs to take time to clean the print heads before it prints. Same issue as with the MX860 that I had previously. It's a printer, but in the very near future will replace with a color laser that communicates and prints more quickly.

TS6420 printer: Real complaint is the information screen requires a magnifying glass to read as the screen is 1'x1' and the writing VERY small. It takes way longer to "process" waiting for it to turn on or to print. I've had cheaper printers that worked faster. Flimsy paper cartridge's- feels like something breaks when pushing it in-goes in unevenly.

This the WORST PRINTER I have ever owned in my life. Printer errors will not clear after user fixes them; if you print more than one page, the paper falls out of the printer as the printed document holder is useless. It takes forever for it to warm up and I have had to go through numerous back door fixes to get it to operate. I don't want to engineer or write code to print. I just want to push print.

Slow, too many steps to even print, Doesn’t have auto fill—have to put each page in separately. I am very unhappy but can’t afford to lose $45 restocking fee.
