Printer is easier to use than this website How much more can 1 say

I think I must have received a faulty one. I was super excited for this printer, and I do occasionally print regular documents, but it is very difficult to print any tupe of photos on this. The rollers do not grab the paper and now it doesn’t even grab regular paper and I’ve only had it for six months and I don’t even print every day.. very disappointing and although I did get this on sale, it’s still disappointing because I felt like I just literally just threw money in the trash. Hopefully if you purchase it, you will get a really good one, but mine is faulty and I doubt that I can return this because I have already passed the return window.

This would be a nice printer if I could get it to print. There is no instructions on how to handle problems when setting the thing up. I am going to try to use a USB cable to see if that will get the thing printing. DOES NOT COME with any instructions for problems when setting-up these printers. Going on line to find help was just only an attempt to find help.......nothing there either. I think Best Buy only wanted me to call them and have a tech help me of course for a fee. Not going to do that either the UBS will work or I take the thing back for a refund.

Works great for black and white printing. Color is a little off.

Prints well. Having trouble connecting to lap rib.

Love my new printer. Canon is the way to go! Best Buy ie the place get them.

seems to be functioning as it should. was not the easiest set up I have ever attempted with a printer.

This product is terrible. After the first week, it takes 10 minutes to print a single page from a word document. I would have returned it but it started to be slow right after the return policy expired. Canon support is impossible to talk to because they don't have a way to contact them after work hours which is insane. Worst product I have ever bought and terrible customer service from the manufacturer.

Easy to set up. Priced ok. Thought it would print a bit darker. May go back to HP if I buy again

Easy setup, print quality is average compared to my previous hp all in one printers.

Too early for a full review, but wireless setup was challenging .

The printer is easy to set up and use, but the scanner is only 600 dpi (despite 2400 dpi advertised) when called from the front panel or from the "Canon Print" software automatically installed on my PC. Besides the functionality to scan and send the scan image to a local PC does not work. I wish I could return the printer but I've discarded the original carton box.

It needs to be re-paired with my laptop every single day - shut off and re- powered again.

good if you don't do much printing because it is slow. The black printing looks good but the color photos are terrible.

The only good thing about this printer was that it was easy to install. When it printed it made a chugging sound and took forever to print a page. It also only holds 1/4 inch of paper. Had to take it back. I wanted a Canon and should have looked at other brands.

I’ve now had this printed for about a month I’ve used it many times and HATE IT! It’s always jamming and the paper tray always says it’s empty no matter if it has one piece or completely full I wouldn’t recommended this to anyone

Works, but cheap junk ink cartridge holder is almost impossible to access and cut my finger very bad ! Poor instructions and phone help is not any better.

Wireless just keeps going out. I wish I had never bought the extra ink. Now I am stuck using a usb cable to actually print. Cannot wait to throw this one out the second story window after I run out of ink.
