    I never got to use this product. The ink cartridge container was broken [would not close on the cartridge]. I took the printer back. I also lost my $50 coupon as a result.

    The printer was a great value. It does everything our old printer did with clear printing in both color and black and white. Delivery was fast and the setup was relatively easy with manufacturers online instructions, A win-win buy all around.

    After problems setting up 2 HP and a scam for a monthly fee to use it (hope they do not sell cars and then want a monthly fee to drive) and they would not connect to wifi returned both and bought a Canon which is functioning fine. Got set up in an hour. Very pleased and a bonus on sale and turned out to save me some money over the HP. Only negative is that the included paperwork included no setup instructions and the site on the included card did not work. Thank you Anthony and Scott at Best Buy for your expertise
