Love the size and desk footprint. The touch screen is good sized and print quality and speed is very good. I havenet owned long enouh to have had to replace ink. The set up process and instructions were good. The part I feared the most was linking it up to our home wi-fi, but it turned out to be very easy. Overall Im pleased so far.

I purchased during the pandemic. I could not get any help or answers to my questions. No where did the manual or Geek squad tell me that I needed a cable to connect my printer and laptop. Of course one wasn't included in the package. Finally a friend figured it out and it worked okay for a while. Now it reports a jam that does not exist & keeps telling me to repeat what I just did. Never progresses to the next step. I have used the online manual but am still stuck with a printer that doesn't work! I will call the Geek squad again and may have to return the printer.

Setup is easy enough, you just have to follow the directions carefully. Wish it closed all the way automatically, i have to close it the rest of the way when powering off. Good value overall. So far..

This printer meets the basic needs we were looking for but the software that comes with it is not great. You are limited on options for printing because of the software and the display options are basically useless. It does print rather quickly and the quality of the print is good but the ink doesn't last that long as with most inkjet printers. I would recommend this printer to a friend only because the price was good, it does the job needed and the replacement ink compared to other printers is reasonably priced as well.

Excellent printer/scanner for the money. Installed itself via WiFi on my network without any significant problem. Love that it prints double sided pages. So far, printed more than a dozen 8x10 photos at max quality. Still have ink left in the cartridges supplied with the printer. Produces vivid, clean, crisp inkjet photos.

I opened an Etsy shop and I needed a printer for general home office needs as well as label printing. Prior to buying the Canon Pixma, I owned an Epson printer that came highly discounted from Best Buy when I purchased my laptop a couple years ago. I hardly used the Epson and I figured it SHOULD have lasted years, but the paper feed tray came slightly unaligned and the whole thing stopped working. Essentially a huge waste of money. The Pixma TS8320 does it ALL! Disc label printing, cloud scanning, photo & sticker printing. It has 2 separate areas to load paper which is great because I often switch back and forth from label paper to regular copier paper. I also seem to spend much less on ink than I did with the Epson, even though the Epson ink was cheaper to buy. I buy the XXL remanufactured ink cartridges off Amazon and they last forever, but even the standard size will last quite a while. The printer is durable, the software is easy to use, and you can be totally creative with your printing jobs. I’m just super thrilled with the quality and performance of this printer!

This printer is small but works well. So far just used for printing. The only problem has been finding ink for it. Even my Best Buy store had only 1 or 2 colors and 1 large black. Not even available online. Had to order elsewhere. Otherwise it works great and is smaller than my last Canon Pixma printer.

Set up was easy to understand, great quality print job

The Canon PIXMA TS8320 is the best printer. It is my 3rd Cannon printer in more than 12 years and there is no other brand that is as goid. Canon printer plus Cannon Ink make the best photos creating new memories for Family and Friends. I recommended to a friend who is having trouble printing from her Computer.

I have had three Canon printers over the last 10 years, and I have loved every one because of the quality of my printed photos. I just purchased a new computer and wanted to upgrade my Canon Pixma TS6320 to this Canon Pixma TS8320 and again, I just love the quality of my printed photos with this printer.

This printer has surpassed my expectations. The print quality is excellent. I have not tried scanning anything yet, I read in other reviews that the scan quality is not that good but since I have not tried that yet I can't comment on that, but I will say the print quality is great. I am glad I went with this printer.

Good value. Great printing results very easy to use

it also needed to have automatic 2 sided printing, but also needed to be a Canon printer. This one does do automatic two sided printing, but it is kind of slow when doing 2 sided printing. i will never use the scanner because i have a better scanner. so this printer will hopefully last until Canon again does the IP 7220 printer which did the two sided printing, (talk about paper saving here) and not waste my time with things i do not want.
