Good quality printer but the ink is expensive and doesn't last very long.

Print quality is good, but the older model was a little more user friendly and had less parts to deal with.

I have given up on HP because of the noise and ink expense. This unit replaced two of HP's. It does a better, faster job than both of them.

After buying, learned my wife REALLY liked the paper feed tray on our old EPSON XP-800. The Canon does not have a paper feed tray, so I returned it.

I couldn’t be happier with my new Canon Printer. I can print wirelessly from any of my computers. It’s better than my old HP Printer any day.

Great printer for the money. Easy to set-up and use. If ink last as long as promised, will definitely be worth the money.

Very happy with this printer. And having an app that I can install on the phones/tablet that lets me send items to the printer is great. I love the fact that it has a large black cartridge that it uses for most printing and then a small black cartridge that is part of its color package. The only thing I haven't tried yet is scanning other than when I set it up, but it worked great then so I'm sure it will when I'm ready to use it for real

I've never been a fan of all-in-ones. We needed a replacement scanner for an old Epson that finally died. I've had really good success with Canon's wireless printers (have a Canon Pixma Pro 100) working well with both Mac and that other OS (Windows) without any issues. Had issues with HP printers not always reconnecting to Win10 when they set idle for a while.
Setup took maybe 10 minutes. Print and scan quality is excellent.

Love the printer and cloud printing from Chrome browser or from Canon printing app. Love having individual in cartridges, when it's empty i just change the empty 1, no waste. Also love the XL cartridges to save money. My only complaint is set up was not easy, especially getting wireless to work. It's very picky. But overall i like way better than hp printers that I've owned for the past 10 years.

This Canon printer is a great printer for a couple reason. Having individual ink wells is a cost effective way to use and replace whats out as opposed to a cartridge that has multiple colors included.
However there's only one aspect I don't like. When the printer goes to sleep mode, it actually shuts off. You have to physically push the On button to turn it on. My previous printer would turn on as soon as you send it a job wirelessly.
