This printer is nice. Though, sometimes I have trouble connecting my computer to the printer to print. We print so rarely that I never remember what I am supposed to do. Love the scan feature, it would great. We haven't used the other features yet.

The ink on this quality is amazing, The printing on this machine is much quiet than older printers. I currently bought me a new wifi router and it gets a little complicated when you want to switch to your new wifi connection from this printer.

There are no problems with the printer! it works great! The only thing I wished could have been better was the double sided printing for thicker sheets of paper. It would get jammed in if it were any thicker than the standard white paper.

I haven’t used it too much but it does print nice. The only issue I have is the mobile printing. You have to manually open tray for the printer to start. Kind of defeats the mobile option.

So far I love it. I had another Canon printer for 10 years still works. I needed something newer with wireless features.

This printer is a very nice printer. The only problem I have is no instructions for some features. I haven’t figured out it’s scanner yet. It seems to not communicate with my computer to scan. It prints so I am needing instructions.

The color cartridges are easy to install and the display lets you know how full they are. I find that this printer will do all functions that I am interested in. Currently I have only done printing and copying. At some later date, I plan to print DVD labels on DVDs.

I have owned several printers and my favorite has always been the Canon printer. I own two of them and love them. Canon support are very helpful if you any problem getting set up. I highly recommend this printer.

Not bad at print quality and speed. Battery life is mot great. Networking to use totally wireless not great since i turn it on and off. Ink seems to be used quickly

Old printer died while traveling so picked up the TS9020. Very happy with its operation and ease of setup. It is a bit confusing each time I add paper it asks to verify the type / size of paper. Prints great.

I purchased this Canon inkjet printer for printing copies of antique beer labels. The scanning capabilities of this Prixima printer are excellent. With the six color printer cartridges this printer gives much better color range when printing pictures, labels, etc.

I was able to set it up on my desktop and phone and tablet in less than 30 minutes. I really like the Smartphone app that allows you to easily print picture from your phone. The pictures and other documents that I have printed have looked very good.

Finally converted from cable connection to a wifi approach. I love it. Set up took a while but everything went very smoothly. Not too much noise. Only downside is the bottom tray when loaded sticks out so it doesn't retain its rectangular shape.

This an okay printer how ever it uses a lot of ink and ink is extremely expensive. ink was more expensive than what i bought the printer for

Finally a Canon printer that doesn't take an hour to warm up. I like Canon printers, and have two others. My biggest complaint is they take forever to print. This printer doesn't. You do have to "wake" it up first, but that isn't a problem.

it seems very fancy to me, but has all great features. had a problem with the install, because Mac gave me a hard time downloading the file. called canon and they walked me through it. i can use my phone, lab top or desk top. it is amazing

Mainly for school use. Works well, haven't had any issues, and compatible ink is cheap. I've had Epson printers over the years and they were nothing but problems. Cannon has not disappointed.

Needed a printer that was going to be dedicated to printing photos, only. Features are good and purchased on sale. Took a little while for me to get it up and running, as I am not a techie.

This printer/scanner is perfect for my needs. If you need fast, two sided or lots of copies, this isn't the product for you, however the copies are clear and perfectly adequate for me.

A little expensive but worth it. Did not know which printers had a grey cartridge until I reviewed product on display. Associate was no help in fact clueless about photo defination.
