This printer is designed for everyday economiv use. The quality of print is great, the speed can be improved, but for the price it's a great buy.

Fit my need of being a "all in one" printer, scanner, and copier. But...most importantly, can work from a wireless network and can equally work with PCs and Macs at the same time.

We have always purchased Canon printers. Needed to upgrade because our other one wasn't compatible with our Windows 10 system. This one had all of the features we wanted plus a couple of new ones (NFC printing).So far, so good.

My previous Canon all-in-one printer died, after about 10 years. I found this model on sale for a terrific price and I am very happy with it, as it meets all my printing needs.

I bought this to print on CD's. Works very well for that purpose. My only complaint is the printer is a bit slow. Overall no problems.

Prints documents just fine. Then comes the part that I really bought this printer for... Photos. I have yet to scan a photo and print it. I don't know if it's the cannon photo editor and bells and whistles that it comes with or if it's just operator error but they just look like copies of pictures and not pictures. If I had known that I would have never bought this printer scanner and that's about what it's good for.

like this printer a lot: but setting it up was a bit difficult because prompts offered choices during the process, that weren't explained or recommended, so a call to GS tech support was needed to finalize setup.

5 calls to Canon support to install the program and finally be told that it does not work with Kasperky anti-virus. I installed AVG and it still would not work. Canon told me to contact Kasperky and AVG. No luck in fixing the problem. I have to disable the anti-virus before printing. The print is fine but it's not a product I can recommend. I had a Canon Pixma before and was disappointed by this new one.

I like it. It does all the things I need it to do. The description is accurate. The only drawback for me was that the set up was a bit complicated, but not torture.

Nice printer once you set it up. Instructions to set up a bit incomplete. If not for previously owning a cannon printer would have been much more difficult to set up

This printer does everything you need it to do. It is a little more complicated then it needs to be and it is a little too slow for my liking. I have a no frills, $30.00 Canon printer on another computer that gets the job done for a whole lot less than this printer. This printer needs seven ink cartridges. The cheap printer needs two. I recommend you buy the cheap printer if you just need to copy and print everyday documents.

We needed a new printer and Best Buy had a great deal on this Canon. We have had no issues in the few months we have owned this printer. Would definitely recommend this printer to others.

I gave this printer as a gift. Haven't heard of an issues from the person using it so not sure how the picture quality looks when printing pictures.

The setup is a little confusing but easy to print from a mobile device. Scanner is perfection. It also looks pretty in my home office.

No problem assembling printer but a total pain when I tried to connect wireless printer. Called Canon support they went thru my computer and somehow I wound up spending an additional $199.00 to get this porker running. It worked well for a while but not today. Need to call Canon support again. I am sorry that I purchased this printer. I cannot even get it to print with a wired connection. Have owned HP printers since 2000 and never needed support to connect

I have been very happy with this printer. I am a one woman office but do quite a lot of printing and scanning. Have had no problems so far nearly 6 mos since purchase. So far so good!

I bought this to replace my Epson all in one that never seemed to get the colors correct. This Canon does not have this problem! Very easy to set up and wonderful color photo printing !

Had this printer for about 1 hour and then took it back. I’m not a true techie, but I can hold my own. This printer was a real pain. Wouldn’t connect to wifi, it was built poorly and way to many moving parts that could break. Took it back and went for an HP printer that was much simpler to connect and work. Had the HP hooked up on my network in 5 minutes.

If you're looking for an outstanding all in one printer at a rediculous low price the Canon Pixma TS9020 with duplex printing and 6 individual print cartridges is a must have!

This was by far the easiest copier to pair with my new computer! Took two minutes literally!!! LOVE this copier, Easy to work!!!
