    Can't use it! Still telling me "offline" and the geek squad tells me they only help with computers not printers

    I needed a replacement for my Canon pixma 7120. Only this model TS 9020 allowed printing from PC to printable discs as well as copying onto discs.

    We are printing directly to printer from an Apple, a Windows & a cellphone & this seems to be causing problems

    What I love most about this printer is the front loading tray and that it prints front and back without you having to flip the paper over.

    This isnt the fastest printer out there but its no slouch either. It does document printing well and photo printing extremely well.
