The printer does a great job but the advertising states that it is an all in one printer. When I got it I found out that it does not fax, thus, it is an almost all in one printer

It was not the printer i was looking for, but i settled for it and am disappointed in how confusing it was to set up, and the photos are not as good as my previous photo printer.

So far, this has been a good printer. It works well with Google Cloud Print and it also allows us to scan documents straight to Google Drive which is a great feature.

Printer is not consistent in the print quality and have had to replace the ink much more often than I had in previous versions. Would not buy this one again

This product hasn't let me down yet. It works great but I find the ink is expensive for the quanity you get. But, that is true with most printers, right?

Everything works fine except can't seem to get wireless to connect. May have something to do with were router is positioned. Still working that out.

Very difficult printer. Hard to load paper, printer too sensitive and grabs too many sheets and jams printer. Way to many steps just to get it to print one sheet. Have to go through settings to tell it paper size etc. Every time when you want to use it. Way too many steps for anything you want to do. Not a user-friendly paper tray. Very disappointed with this printer. Goes thru ink like crazy also, just to print black for letters or coupons.

Set up on this printer is a difficult task. After my second set of error codes, I just took it back to the store. Not worth the trouble.

It works now after the Geek squad worked on it. But is doesn't turn itself on like it was stated in the instruction and owners manual!

I gave 3 stars because for a printer that is geared for photo prints I am not impressed. Color saturation lacks crispness and vibrancy.

Paper tray flimy and very hard to load. Will have to bring it in for help using.

Flimsy design -- the paper tray malfunctioned the second time I used it, and despite following instructions as to how to correct the problem, it couldn't be resolved. Took it back to Best Buy and was referred to their tech person, who wouldn't inspect the cause of the problem, but just wanted to exchange it for the same model.

Over all good printer but little slow for me. I'm.used to laser speeds.

To print from my phone, I have to approve it on the printer, which takes away from it being witeless.

Set up took much longer than expected.. Reviewed a few u tube videos. Good product for price.

Returned this printer and ordered another which has been gread

had to do a totally "unrecommend ed" action to get 99% print quality! still prints too RED!

I have yet to use the cd label printing but the wireless capabilities are great.

works good but a little hard to program and change different print projects.

Useless doesn't print keeps turning off wouldn't recommend
