Can't take it anymore, going to replace this printer today. Too many problems. Slow printing. and a temperamental paper feeder were the worst. I was using this with my Mac and despite all my years of tech experience I couldn't get this to work reliably.

Very disappointed after many years with current Cannon printer scanner as the last 2-months Cannon does not update drivers so I own a Cannon Boat anchor

Horrible printer, jammed four times trying to print test. Frustrating. Will definitely return it! Don’t buy!

After fighting this for 6 months. It went to the trash can today. Connectivity sucks. Takes multiple restarts to print. Today after 1 hour it printed then started nagging about paper jams and paper tray issues that were none existing. Carbageware!!!!!

At least 3 hrs on the phone on 3 different occasions with the Canon support people. It works only intermittently with wireless. Nothing wrong with my router. I had a Canon Pixma before and never had these problems. It has been a very frustrating experience and I will return this printer.

I bought this photo printer thinking it was one of the best because of the reviews and the price was great. Unfortunately my first picture that i printed i noticed the color was off and very bad quality. So i called customer support which convinced me it was the quality of the picture meaning could be my phone not the printer. I waited for my ipad and my friends galaxy s8 pictures and still very bad color of pictures came out. When I finally realized it was the printer not the phones or ipad like canon said my return policy was expired. I went to best buy to see if they could at least exchange it for the same printer just one that is working nobody would help me. The manager being very rude and not very helpful.

Wouldn't print rite out of the box .. not sure if it's a defect or quality control but it's my first canon printer & my last ....
