Great Upgrade

This camera is a little heavy, but its not uncomfortable. The video feature is great for moving shots. I love the movable screen for angle shots without squatting down for the picture. It comes with a basic camera strap and a recharge battery (no more carrying extra AA or AAA batteries for travel). Still learning the other features.

not the zoom I was looking for

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.wanted a small zoom camera. that said, I whish I had gotten the bigger camera that had a bigger zoom as this 40x isn't exactly what I wanted in zoom. I kept it because my old zoom small camera isn't working as it should. This camera has a lag in shutter speed as others had said. It does matter and another reason I regret not getting the bigger camera.
