Hard for this 97 yr old

Bot it to replace my broken previous model. I used Geek Squad and Canon Guy, still so in over my head. Coincides with Corona, so no one can help me face to face. I would return it if I could and use money to repair my old one. Iam too old, I guess. This is a pathetic review, Ive always loved my Canon cameras.
