Subpar quality camera, poor customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The camera's screen got a crack in it (there was no extravagant move that caused the small crack so it should not have happened) and I waited to call about exchanging it until I returned from vacation assuming incorrectly that I had a 30-day return opportunity. Best Buy has a very small window of opportunity to return items and because I called about it 18 days after delivery (3 days past their minimal return time), they would not allow me to exchange it. I specifically ordered the camera from Best Buy rather than Amazon as to avoid supporting the mammoth company, however I would have had no issues with a return to Amazon. While the camera pictures were fine, the quality of the camera was subpar and the customer service was bunk. I will use New Egg, Amazon, or any other company from now on for my electronics purchases.
