Camera works great and zoom is a very smooth. Pictures are clear and undistorted. My wife uses it as we travel in our truck and fifthwheel trailer.

Unfortunately, I am hung up. Bot it to replace my broken previous model. I used Geek Squad and Canon Guy, still so in over my head. Coincides with Corona, so no one can help me face to face. I would return it if I could and use money to repair my old one. Iam too old, I guess. This is a pathetic review, Ive always loved my Canon cameras.

Great camera and excellent for vlogging and filming.

This camera is a good starter camera for either pictures and videos. Quality is good when outdoors in the daylight or indoors with good lighting.

Got it as a replacement for my old dslr, it’s perfect for being pocket friendly and doing some point and shoot

The camera's screen got a crack in it (there was no extravagant move that caused the small crack so it should not have happened) and I waited to call about exchanging it until I returned from vacation assuming incorrectly that I had a 30-day return opportunity. Best Buy has a very small window of opportunity to return items and because I called about it 18 days after delivery (3 days past their minimal return time), they would not allow me to exchange it. I specifically ordered the camera from Best Buy rather than Amazon as to avoid supporting the mammoth company, however I would have had no issues with a return to Amazon. While the camera pictures were fine, the quality of the camera was subpar and the customer service was bunk. I will use New Egg, Amazon, or any other company from now on for my electronics purchases.
