I was going very surprised and happy how good the pictures print from c lol phones

Could not get it to connect to my Android phone. Took it back and ordered a new one to see if there was just a glitch with the first one. We'll see if a different one works.

What a great little picture printer. I had my doubts, but this thing is great

Works great but the paper is expensive. You can’t use alternatives. Quality is ok but it’s cheaper to use Shutterfly or Walgreens.

Works great small home business and it also works great with the photos

Maybe a little over priced. But very cool. Its still cheaper and better to go to a store and have them pritned out. But this is very convenient.

Not what I expected. I couldn't get it to connect and print.

Printing quality is not that good. Printing is cheap outside and quality is much netter than printing with this printer.

Not happy at all. Photo does not print perfect every time. But the big factor is only 5 PHOTOS per ink cartridge!!! Each cartridge at least $8 to buy. So each photo printed (if it comes out right) costs you over $2 between ink and paper cost!! Going back to ordering photos from Walgreens.

I love this printer. Pictures come out looking great.

Has to use Usb to load pictures for printing. Have not find a port to attach a cable for downloading from computer or other device.

It stopped working while using it for the first time.

Would not connect to WiFi. Then died. No power at all.

I love this little printer! It's very portable and prints amazing quality images. I use this for a Photo Booth and it has so far withstand the demands of constant printing. There are a lot of drawbacks to this printer, but so far for the price, this is probably the best option for my needs. - Works only on 2.4ghz WiFi - On remote locations, this printer does not perform well since it relies on a constant wifi connection on direct and close connection via bluetooth and the printer app. This is a big hurdle for photo booths. To fix this, purchase a small portable wifi router that supports 2.4ghz wifi. Once setup to a router, any device connected to the router should easily connect to it and print. - Limited print sheet tray - Although it's not a big issue for me, I must reload the tray for every 10-15 photos printed. It's not a huge drawback, but it would be appreciated if the tray was at least a bit bigger so I don't have to reload all the time. The film however, only needs to be reloaded once or twice during a Photo Booth session which I think is just fine. - Slow on Batch Prints - To resolve this I recommend purchasing 2 more printers which my photo booth can connect to and distribute the prints. They are small enough of a form factor that having more printers is not an issue. But if you just have one, and guests want multiple prints, you will be waiting for them to print as they do take a couple of seconds longer to print compared to most printers. But for the quality that this printer offers and the print type (Sublimation Dye), it's really good! - Battery not included / No official battery - This printer DOES come with the option to put in a portable battery but strangely, there isn't any support directly from canon and official canon batteries seam to be discontinued. However, you can find third-party batteries that are designed to fit this printer or similar models. Overall it's a perfect little printer, especially if you are just doing some scrap booking and only want to use your phone or tablet, this is perfect. For those Photo Booth DIYers, this is a great starter printer, just in keep in mind the above hurdles that you might have to overcome for your Photo Booth business.

I went to exchange this for a full printer, and told I needed to buy a membership to exchange it. Should have gone to Amazon, where I will be shopping in the future.

Don't waste your money! Buttons wore down so fast, would not stay connected to device for air print.

I wish I would have known this item did not come with the paper film you need to print pictures off. In fact I haven't even opened it yet so I'll have to update the review later

There is no support for this item from canon so good luck trying to find more things for this paper ink and such. Pretty terrible print quality and can't find any other size paper that fits other then 4X6. Really bad product I am sure Canon is going to discontinue this soon.

Something that can print from my phone gallery. It's a neat little thing but expensive af. If you don't orint often, skip this.
