It's a cheap material look like after a few wearings will break

Bought it to swap it with my Milanese loop on weekends for a casual and comfortable feel, it worked out just fine. However, it's a few days now and it has stayed on and is threatening to completely replace the Milanese loop. That's excellent

This has to be my favorite band of all times. It comfortable to wear. I get complements left and right. Best part is no one else has it. I wish the black one was there I would have brought that one too. It is s no brainer purchase

Love the classic watch band clasp! I can wear it on my wrist without sweating! The black band is perfect for wearing to any occasion. Very comfortable!

Good product, fits well, feels a little cheap though

I will update this review if my problem ends up being resolved by Case Mate. I purchased the band on 4/21/2016. Loved the color and price, and although I was incredibly hesitant to purchase a band that was not Apple's, I still went ahead and made the decision. Case Mate is a well recognized brand, so I had trust in their products. I purchased a band for a $400+ watch. The band has a 1 year warranty, so I absolutely trust that the band will securely fasten my watch to my wrist with zero malfunctions for 365 days from the date I purchased the band. Personally, I would retire a product like this after that timeframe. After months of off and on use, today the band's latching mechanism failed, causing my watch to fall to the ground. There is now a scratch on the face of my watch because the band failed at its most crucial job: staying attached to the watch! Now, the band will not lock into the watch at all. It just won't catch. Super weird. I first called Best Buy's customer support number. Giant mistake. Save yourself any hassle and never call that number. I then called Case Mate and spoke with a very nice customer service rep who patiently listened to my story before telling me they would be more than happy to replace the band, but they do not replace or repair the items their products are sold for. I went a little further with asking who I might need to call or write in the company to have my watch repaired or replaced. She put me on hold and said she spoke with someone in the administrative department, and told me to submit a warranty request as anyone normally would, only attach photos of the damage to the watch. She then would forward the claim and information to the administrative department and they would decide what they are able to do for me. Stuff happens. Products fail. I get that. I'm not angry that the band malfunctioned and my (until today) pristine watch has its first scratch. I will be frustrated and slightly angry if they do not repair my watch face. I do not want to bother with dealing with their legal department because I was one out of many that had a malfunctioning product. Their product failed; because of that my watch needs to be repaired. It's that simple. Until I find out my answer and update this post, I highly recommend against purchasing this product. For all we know, it could be a widespread issue. I hope this major name brand takes care of their issue, because if they don't, I will do everything in my power to find out EXACTLY why they wouldn't.
