I bought my boyfriend this case for his new Apple Watch, thinking it would be practical and perfect for protecting it. It wasn’t too bulky either which I was happy about, but after just 3 days it broke.

Yea I bought this, walked to my car put my watch in it and tried it on... immediately put it back in the package and returned it before leaving the parking lot. It’s cheap plasticy feeling. I doubt it would hold up to any outdoor activity.

My band broke and for the price it should be more durable Warranty is good.

I bought this in hopes that it would hold up, but it ended up only lasting a few weeks and was very uncomfortable. It rubbed my wrist and created chaffing. It was expensive, and when the band snapped, I was disappointed, but also somewhat relieved that I could justify buying another watch band.

Not as nice as the apple band. Longer and a bit inconvenient for smaller wrists

The only thing that would make this band better is a screen protector

Watch band does not fit completely around the watch. Housing broke after less than a month due to ill-fitting fasteners. Further, buttons did not completely fit the buttons of the watch and it will prematurely engage the buttons of the watch at times.

First one broke less than a month. Exchanged it. So far so good

Unlike Ottersbox warranty. Theirs is only a year and you have to jump hoops send like 5 or more pictures of the item and send them through a separate email from the Rma that’s only good for only for 15 days from the time you get that till they receive the item.

I like the toughness of it, but for me its a little to bulky!!

Can’t really feel if the buttons are being pushed.

The home button doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I purchased this watch case for the 2nd time because I love the look but after having it only 3 weeks it broke and damaged my Apple Watch so I am not happy and will not recommend it to anyone.

for a case that is supposed to protect your watch this product can only be described as "Brittle". I have purchased 5 in the last 18 months because it breaks with the slightest bump

For the price, I wouldn't reccomend this. It's pretty thick, but 50$ I would expect better material for the outer layer. It literally feels like a plastic shell with a rubber case inside for your watch. The tiny screw that also comes with the case strips very easily.

This case is poorly constructed. It breaks easily. I bought 2 of these and they both broke in a short period of time. It is expensive too. I would not waste your money on this product.

The pin to the buckle bent and cant find replacement pins anywhere. Took back to best buys and they said there is a manufacturer warranty but I contacted the company and they said that piece isnt warranted.

I purchased the first one as a Christmas gift for my husband, the screw was stripped when he went to put it on. Couldn’t even use it. Went to return it, Best Buy employee made it nearly impossible to exchange, so I had to purchase a different one and pay the difference. The new one cracked on both sides of the face place within a week, called the company whom makes it this time to avoid hassle with Best Buy. Replacement came yestaerday, we shall see how long this one lasts! Disappointing!!

The casing around the watch broke after a month. Watch band is not big enough. Had to use the last notch so the end wouldn’t catch under the slide band.

This is our second purchase of this case. It never lasts a full year and it cracks or breaks in someway.
