I got this for my son.

It covered the dial so he had no access to it. It got aggravating for him so he returned it. The Service Desk was awesome to deal with.

Not worth the money

Same issue as other reviewers in regards to the cheap screw holding the case together. You would think for $70 the thing would be a little more durable. I'm past the return policy for Best Buy so can't exchange it through them. I emailed the manufacturer, Catalyst, but have not heard back. The Catalyst website says that warranties will only be honored if purchased through their website or through an approved vendor. I guess Best Buy is not considered an approved vendor since I never heard back from them.
