Horrible quality the band broke in two weeks not happy about this for the amount paid

Broke simply by bending my wrist when I got up from a chair. I had it less than a week.

Hubby did like it because it only worked for a few weeks then it broke.

I have purchased two case and the bands came apart at the connection point

Nice case but the Pin keeps coming out making it easy to lose the watch.

The screw was stripped and it did not fit my watch face properly.

Followed all instructions isnt waterproof returning

Case was not snug fitting and not as expected so I returned it

Broke already very disappointed i had it about 3 weeks

Cracked within the first few days from light wear.

Could have pulled this out of a crane game for $1.

Overall this is a great product. You seem to lose some of the EKG functionality, and it can be a little bit temperamental with charging, but I wouldn’t really be comfortable wearing my Apple Watch without protecting it in a case like this.

Absolutely love buying all my electronics from Best Buy. Great customer support. There’s no better place than Best Buy.

A definite must if you want to protect your Apple Watch. Definitely adds additional protection and I highly recommend it.

I have purchased this item twice and shame on me. The first was replaced under warranty because it broke and would not stay together. After the replacement broke I decided that I would give it one more shot and purchased another since I was “out of warranty” from my original date of purchase. The second one I bought was broken when I got to the car so I immediately returned it. The replacement lasted 4 months and was replaced under warranty again. This last one lasted 9 months. Just long enough to put me out of warranty from my original date of purchase again. In total I have owned 5 of these cases and only had an Apple Watch for about 3+ years. Exactly 0 of them have lived through their 12 month warranty. My chances of purchasing a catalyst product even with the 30% discount they’ve offered me instead of standing behind their product are ZERO. You’ll be better off buying a cheap knockoff of these (since they are the most expensive I’ve seen) and just hoping to get your moneys worth there. I guarantee you you will not get your money’s worth here.

I originally bought this because I ride motorcycles regardless of weather and wanted something to protect my watch. Within about 2 months it would not let me charge my watch because I couldn’t get the air gap to go away so I had to pop it out every time. In the past couple of days, I’ve noticed the cover coming loose on the non screw side

So my issue is that you pay this kind of money for a case you expect it to last. I have had this less than a year and it literally cracked in half. Unfortunately it’s not covered by warranty any longer. So it’s either pay another 70 or take a chance and save the money to upgrade my watch. Oh well, I won’t be buying this brand again and would not recommend it.

Do not buy. Save your money. Case is falling apart and Im out of $75 because of BB return policy. Trash product thats overpriced.

I've had this for 3 months and it broke. The area that the watch sits in broke in half and my watch actually fell out. I'm glad it didn't break, but I wish I could return this. Too late.
