One flaw

Seriously disappointed...twice

I originally purchased the Catalyst case in June 2019. Sometimes when I was umpiring a softball game (as the base umpire), the plastic housing of the case broke. The main component of my watch fell the the ground. Luckily a player informed me before it was broken. I took the broken case to Best Buy and was given a new replacement. No 3 weeks later, the same thing happened. The plastic housing (in which your watch body sits) cracked. This time the watch body nearly fell to the hard bathroom floor. I returned it to Best Buy as well. They asked if I wanted a replacement, and I strongly declined the offer. I will not buy another Catalyst product. I'm seriously disappointed in the quality of this product, especially since the plastic breaking means that your watch body can fall out at any point, potentially shattering your Apple Watch. This watch base does NOT meet WatsonMyList criteria to be recommended.
