Great service great product at great price I love it

Nice and durable and works great with my watch Would recommend to anyone with a Apple Watch

Maybe I am just really hard on watches. Or, maybe this case really is horrible. I'm leaning to the later. This is my 3rd one of these Catalyst Waterproof cases for the Apple watch, the 3rd one that broke on me for no reason at all. I have warrantied 2 of them through Catalyst, but, while Catalyst sends me a code to order a new watch band through them directly and for free, I have to pay for the shipping. So, I'm on my 5th case. Why do I keep getting them? Because in theory this is the most protective case for my Apple Watch that I can find. The sad part is, I don't trust the Apple watch to be resilient for my activity without a protective case.

But this June 11th for my father who is retired…with only having it less three months, it has broken & falling apart.. this is suppose to be waterproof & heavy duty …. It has not Withheld at all… it was a waste of money. Poor quality!!!

This is s great watch band especially for active people

I have had this for 5 months and it broke already. The frame around the face and the part that holds the Apple Watch both split sending the actual Apple Watch to the concrete. Do not buy it if you do anything other than look at your watch in a display case

Thought it would work but not so. It is extremely bulky so maybe a stronger case would work better than this plastic.

Case is over priced and especially because the case ends up cracking.

This case lasted just under 14 months. It exceeded the warranty by 2 months when it began to fall apart. I am not impressed as this case was only being used every other day and not under rough conditions. Customer service was really good and offered me a 50% discount having exceeded the warranty. But I would not pay for this product again. Everyday users beware of limited protection to your very expensive watch with this product.

Horrible. suppose to be waterproof etc. Never in water. Just broke in half, thank goodness I wasn't exercise when it broke. at first just a piece fell off, then the rest of it broke in half. Had to order another wrist band on Amazon. Much cheaper see if it is any better.. Would never buy it again. What a piece of crap.

I purchased this case less than 2 months ago and it has primarily been worn while running, walking my dog or sitting at my desk for work. I was eating dinner and heard the case make a loud "pop" sound and the case just snapped apart against my wrist! I wish that I had not wasted the money on this thing.

The case broke it literally just snapped off the band very cheap

ZERO STARS! Literally broke within a week of having it. Husbands watch fell out and luckily he found it after the fact. Will be returning and DO NOT want the same case! Useless

Junk less than two months and it goes flying of my wrist. The support will send me a new one BUT I have to pay shipping smh.

It’s good while it last. I’ve bought 2 and both cases broke. Get a protection plan so you can get a replacement. My last one lasted from May through August

Did not even last a month! The band hardware is junk!

Mine just broke. The band is okay, but the protective case is poorly made. I’ve used it for less than two months.

I bought this because I was afraid of breaking my watch. I’ve heard it is expensive to replace the face on the Apple Watch. It seems to be very rugged, but it didn’t come with anything to cover the watch face with, so I left my old scratch guard on it. I did lose the EKG feature on the watch since the new cover has a part that covers the end of the stem you touch for the EKG. It also comes with a fake test dummy watch for testing for water leaks. This dummy Watch body is pretty realistic. You can give it to the kids to play with.
