I liked the look but it was an open box item classified as Excellent condition but when I received it had clear damage. Very disappointing.

I enjoyed it for the two months I had it. The case became brittle and broke off while at the beach. Luckily I wasn’t in the water

The product seemed fine but just wasn't what my husband was looking for especially since the buttons were covered and didn't' move as smoothly.

This item I thought was going to help protect pretty well. Not so much and it didn't last that long either. Materials broke down fast with everyday use. Would not buy again.

I like it a lot but it’s not really durable, I’ve owned many of them, Apple Watch 3, 4, 5, and 6, they all crack and chip easy, it is not military grade like they say

Love the case but the screw is stripped out and I can’t get the watch out and no I didn’t over tighten it

I bought this on 12/14/2020 and on the 17th the case broke while in use. This was the biggest waste of money. The case is “held” together with 2 clasps and a small screw. The clasps broke on the none crown and dial side of the case and the screw fell out not long after I was luck enough to be in my den when the watch fell out and hit the floor. This product is a joke please please please don’t waste your money on this it will not protect your watch ( or in my case it didn’t).

Its big and bulky. Mine cracked at the screw hole, trying to see if Catalyst will warranty. I would not recommend this case. Expense and mine broke in 6 weeks....

I strongly wouldn’t recommend if you work with your hands a lot. I was upset when it cracked after having it for five days. The place broke like cheap material. I wasn’t expecting this case to hold up for more than a few months due to the price. But I proved me wrong, it didn’t hold up for a few days. Lucky it happened in the window frame of Best Buy return policy. Would not recommend to anyone and I would highly recommend Best Buy take it off their market and put it on Wish.

Had to return didn’t like how the material hurt your wrist when wearing, I didn’t like that it wasn’t so easy to take off or on.

Had to return it do to design, it’s not easy to put it on and does not protect the screen the way you would want it to

I’ve already rip the rubber part that goes around the watch. It that didn’t happen, I’d say it’s a nice accessory

it’s supposed to be waterproof, but there’s no face protection for the watch.

Plastic case that is not sturdy at all. DO NOT waste your money on this case. Especially if you have a gen 6 watch because it covers the finger sensor needed for the ECG. Can’t believe I actually listened to a Best Buy employee and bought this. He clearly didn’t understand the differences between Gen 5’s and Gen 6’s.
