Very refreshing compared to prior unit

My prior unit lasted me a good 3-4 years then died. It was a different brand and cost about 40% less. I was disappointed in the price of this unit but so far it's been working great. Also this brand won't let you chose your own router name.

Perfect for Century Link 40mbps internet speeds.

Very easy and straight forward set-up, haven't had any problems with it so far. A little pricey, but haven't found a reason to believe it isn't worth the money.

So far with this one, I've been getting the wireless speeds that I should, while having multiple devices connected. Set-up was straightforward and simple.

Currently the wifi is acting up and only allowing my to connect at .5-1.5 Mbps. When plugged into the router I'm getting 40 Mbps. Not a good thing for a $100 router/wifi combo.

We needed a modem that was worked with our century link service and this one did, so we purchased it. Our last modem we purchases directly from century link, but decided to get one from Best Buy instead and we are totally satisfied.
