This modem and Wireless-N Router with 4-Port Ethernet switch is easy to install and works great with Century link internet service. It connects to the internet quickly and with no hitches. It stays connected and does not disconnect like some modems and seems very reliable. The price of this modem is modest and easy to purchase through Best Buy Stores. The warranty on the modem is one year and backed up by Best Buy. I would recommend this item to my friends and family.

After renting the modem for a year, decided to buy one and pay for it out right. Installation is super easy. Just copy and paste the profile from the existing unit onto the new one. So far, it's been working just like the one provided by centurylink.

Had a little trouble with the router going down frequently in the beginning and needing rebooted. Now it works fine.

Router works well. However our IOS devices have connectivity issues in areas of the house our laptops do not.

it took a day and a half on the phone for hours and then a repair man to come out to get it to work with the system
