This is a great product for a DSL upgrade Easy o setup and install

Easy to setup! Does what it says! No issues! Perfect for a small home!

I bought this product to connect my bundled Dish Network system, my phone, and my computer. I also wanted the WiFi connection. It has greatly increased the battery life of my smart phones.

The only VDSL modem that will work with Century Link, available from Best Buy. Netgear and Linksys do not work with Century Link VDSL. That is according to each of the companies tech departments, after I spent 2 weeks trying to get their modems to connect to Century Link VDSL service.

I got it for arround $30 and it worked full 3 years before it died... dont expect it to provide long range but works just fine for a 1 or 2 bed apartment....

Decent modem easy setup and gets the job done would recommend

Century Link like other companies are forcing consumers to buy or rent equipment that only works with their stuff. Consumers are getting the short end off it with High prices and no way out.

Had a storm wipe out my previous router and left m e hangin with no PC srrvice. Rushed to Best Buy (Brand new customer) bought a replacement unit ,in short order to, with wonderfur help from the lady that signed me up to my Best Buy account. Unit went into service with minimum work and saved me a lot of headache. Thanks Best Buy for your help,

We just upgraded to this modem/router because our old one didn't work with Chromecast. Century Link dictates which kind we could use, so we bought it from Best Buy to avoid the shipping fee from CL. We upgraded our speed and this modem isn't doing well. It's very slow and sometimes doesn't connect, especially when I'm on my laptop on the internet, it'll just stop working. Frustrating!

I liked the fact that I saved a little $$$ by getting it form BestBuy rather than getting product directly from Qwest

I upgraded from an old wireless combo modem/router that was provided by the cable company. According to a best buy associate, she did the same thing and found this product to be a big improvement in both speed and stonger interet connection. Best Buy accidentally shipped me two products. The first product I used for a month and found video streaming to be very slow and would pause in the middle of movies to refresh. So I installed the second one and the same thing has occurred. I haven't called for troublshooting yet, but it shouldn't be this difficult in this day in age of the internet and the high demand of video streaming.
