It works well so far, however this is the third one that we have purchased

it is a great product but if you buy this i would recommend getting a signal amplifier for the wireless use.

It fit the need, perfectly. I now have a computer I can use at her house. I like the new concept of the touch screen, although I am still trying to get used to Windows 8.1. Completely different from any other Windows program.

The Internet seems sporadic at times, and $100 is a little pricey, but this is the only modem that Best Buy carries that works with DirectTV.

It was great to walk into Best Buy and be directed to the right area. Choice was easy as I was replacing it from one I had been using problem free for years. My husband and I got home and installed it without a hitch. Super!

Bought this at recommendation of CenturyLink to see if we could get faster internet speeds...it didn't make a significant improvement.

It is a very good product. However, installation instructions were poorly written and thus required a call to CenturyLink technical service.

We replaced an itial modem from a different manufaturer hinking that using the modem made by the carrier would help... it did not.

The product replaced an older Qwest modem I had. It works great, but I did not need the router capabilities because I already had a good router so I just bypassed the router function and use it as a stand alone modem.

I went to Best Buy rather than paying the $15. for shipping for this item that was offered thru my internet provider. Easy to install!

This is a good product. It was easy to setup, and works fine.

It frequently goes out and I have to reset it. This is obnoxious.

Instead of leasing/buying modem from Century link, buy at Bestbuy and enjoy the rewards.

CenturyLink does not have a very good selection of modems that will work with their internet service. And their name is even on the product. Only two models available at Best Buy. This works but I wonder if other modems would work as well (or better). I still occasionally lose the signal - just like with my old modem.

Hooking up this CenturyLink modum took a little time. I called CenturyLink and they walked me thru the complete process. Took about 30 Min. The CenturyLink team was very helpful. Works super..

I've been renting this modem and paid over $300 so far. Now I bought it and with the discount, plus the 2 year in store replacement policy, I will save so much $$$ over the next few years! Thx!

It seems to be working fine. Only issue I had was trying to reset it using the reset button. I ended up unplugging it.

I purchased this unit to avoid being charged the $10.00 monthly rental fee by Dishnet Wireline. It works great!

I wish it was able to be placed upright so it would take up less space. Works fine .Didn't have to wait a week for it to come in mail from century link was able to purchase in store. Thanks.

Small problem of exuding an acrid odor, continuously, otherwise the perfect modem. (expandable to 40 Meg connection)
