Funky setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For some reason you can't connect the device up to your internet through the app, and MUST be connected to the net before you can even connect it to said app. Hope your modem/router has a WPS button, because that's the only way to connect it to your wifi. Otherwise a great product that works as advertised. Allows me to monitor not only if it's open or closed, but WHEN it's opened and closed.

MyQ Garage Door Controller

I found out that this controller would not be compatible with my garage door opener so unfortunately I had to return it to Best Buy. i bought another model from somewhere else since Best Buy didn't carry the model I needed. But the return was great! No complaints. Check compatibility before you buy is the moral to this story online at Chamberlain. MyQ Compatibility Tool...... Which upgrade is right for your garage door opener?
