My husband forgot to close our garage door once too often, so I bought him this. If it is open for 15 minutes, we each get an alert and can close the door remotely. It is also great for opening the door from anywhere. We have used it frequently and it is a great way to add peace of mind.

I was first looking for two garage door controllers, one for me and one for my girlfriend, and that would have cost me close to one chamberlain MyQ garage door controller. When I found out about the MyQ I realized it was one: practical (app based) two: convenient (mobile device to use app) three: affordable (costs the same as two garage door opener remotes). Buy it !!

Works effectively with my Chamberlain garage door openers (I have 2 in my garage). Was pleased it handled both of them. I have two concerns: (1) Sometimes the notification of a door open or close operation is slow to be received on my iOS device (2) Wish this Chamberlain product was able to integrate with Home Automation Systems (such as Insteon or Amazon Echo).

Easy and quick to install, works great, gives you peace of mind!

Should work ok if I can ever figure out how to sycn it up with comcast

Works well haven't had many issues only thing I wish is that the schedule door closings features would be turned back on, currently turned off due to security reasons says the company other than that make sure the light piece is far away from the door motor so it can talk to it well

Simple to install and setup and it does just what it's supposed to.

We've had a few instances where we've come home to find our garage door open and not knowing if we left it open or the door auto-reversed for some reason. This unit solves that because you can setup an alert that will tell you if the door has been opened for a certain amount of time and if you have left it open, you can close it form anywhere.

Works for the most part. A bit slow starting and loud. Wifi though.

Very impressed with the fact that I can see if my garage door is open from anywhere... and then close it. Very helpful for a forgetful family! :) Now I just wish they had functionality where it would tell you if your garage door was open for an extended amount of time...

I love this product. My kids often leave the garage open. Now I can check it and close it from my phone. It is also handy when the battery on the garage remote dies, you can still open the door from the car.
