I was so tired of never knowing if my garage door was left open or not. I have had this for a week and such a peace of mind to be able to look at my phone and know its current state and for how long. Installation instructions could have been better but the videos online really helped fill in the gaps.

Works exactly as expected! A very solid product! My only disappointment is that Chamberlain has not exposed this device with ifttt.com or the echo for integration with other devices. Otherwise, I would have given this product a solid 5 stars.

The concept is nice but the integration in IOT is not here yet. The unit it is hard to install if you have a Genie garage opener, from the list you may choose Exceltor in order to work with your Genie Pro 1024. After everything is connected and working you will discover that the unit work 50% of the time, which make this product unreliable. Hope they will integrate the hub and the app in apple home kit soon, but I think you will need to wait for a different hub version, so don't spend your money for something which will became obsolete.

Installed this product to work garage with iPhone and only randomly works.Not reliable at all,so it's a waste of money unfortunately.Very mad!!!

This is a great idea and will let you know if you forgot to close the garage door when you leave. Just not that easy to get to open and close the door from the cell phone But when they get it all worked out and better paper work sent out it will be great.

Could provide more details to install. Especially giving a picture demonstration of hooking up to the Garage opener (an example of buttons on the back). We struggled with this. Due to that we now have disconnected our car button opener (have to get details to hook that up again). Works good.

It took me over an hour and sever tries to set it up. Getting it synced to my home network is a pain. But when it's done it works very well. Now I can stop panicking over the thought of leaving the garage door open.

Great add on product to control your garage remotely! Make sure to check the compatibility to your garage door opener! Only problem I have seen is that the product claimed HomeKit compatibility but hasn't seen that yet!

This product works as advertised, its worked great except for one time it told me to manually operate the garage, so this makes me have my house keys with me just in case it decides to not open one day like it did.

I purchased this item to upgrade an old Sears garage door opener. The sale price made it cheaper than purchasing more standard remotes for all of our family. It also gives us the ability to check the door's position and open or close it from anywhere with the phone app.

We have an 8 yr old Lift Master & the install of this product went well, so it monitors & reflects the open or closed status of our door. Unfortunately, we've been unable to get it to pair with our Lift Master so we can "Monitor Only" & can't open or close the door remotely. That's the feature I really wanted, since our door is occasionally left open. We're going to keep working on it. I called Technical Support & waited a long time without getting through. The website refers users to Online Help & videos & I couldn't find the help I needed. We're frustrated, but will regroup & try again.

Easy setup although I did have to call support (but they were great!) Turns out I tried tucking excess wire around bridge which interfered with my wifi signal. All set up now and it works great. I removed all my openers from my cars and use this daily

Hardware installation was straightforward but setting up the software was a tad tricky. It lets me know every time the door is open and if I choose, I can open/close it instantly.

I have terrible OCD with my garage and whether or not I closed it, to the point I'll turn around when almost having exited my neighborhood! With this product...no more! I can simply check my garage's status from my iPhone. Huge convenience.

good phone support. Means a lot to have a human help at other end. And mostly not off in a foreign land real American at least spoke good English and knowledgeable about product.

Well it works good but one time the app gave me a problem saying the garage was open but it wasn't. Other than that it works fine

I was excited to get this as I am always paranoid on whether I left my garage door open. However it was a pain in the butt to get connected to the network and then after all that I take it to hook it up in the garage and my two year old garage door opener isn't compatible with it. I have the second biggest manufacturer in the world opening my garage but this product wasn't compatible? Returned the next day

It's good when you aren't in your own vehicle or in bed and can't remember if you closed the garage door. So yea it's worth $100

I have control mostly. There is a breakdown in the IFTTT and Echo channel where you can't close up from a third party. However the WInk hub does work. So a partial solution.

setup did not work as documented. Had to resort to manual setup instructions to get it set up. Lost notifications on one iPhone and haven't figured out how to get them back.
