    It's a hit and miss with this product. It only works half the time. It's great when it work, but a total disappointment when it don't...and I've been disappointed more times than not. I know its not the wireless because the signal is strong where the hub is installed.

    This wont replace your regular garage door opener because there is usually a pretty significant amount of latency. However, it is a good back up and a great way to check on your door.
