Very easy setup and works with an app on your smart phone. I really like this remote opener.

If you always carry your smart phone you will never be locked out. Easy install and setup. You do need WIFI coverage outside your door. Looking forward to adding more myQ devices.

Was easy to install and setup. Works great and the price was right.

Good Value For Such A Small Smart Guy

Do need to be mindful of where you place the main unit as it warns not to place it by metal. Metal will interfere with the signal. I had to change my original location since it was going to be too close to some metal. Might consider getting another unit as a gift. Need to also remember that this unit will only work with openers after 1993. Remember to use the website or app to determine if your opener will work with the unit.

I really liked the fact that you can download an app to check if you left the garage open or not. It's also a great feature to have if you're away and have a pet sitter coming to the house. Instead of giving them a house key, you can simply open the garage for them.

Great addition to the house!

Its great for when you leave and cant remeber if the garage door was shut or just the peace of mind that the house isnt just wide open. Also if some one needs in and your not home you can just open the garage door for them. Definitely recommend and at the price its worth ever bit of it!

Now I can open/close my garage from anywhere using my smart phone. I also receive instant update via text whenever my garage is opened or closed. Installation was a breeze.
