A good product, but occasionally finicky. Despite a good WiFi signal in my garage, I struggled to operate my garage door some times. I had this in my previous residence until I installed an integrated remote controlled opener and it worked great then.

The My Q Garage Door Controller was installed at my home by the Geek Squad and I am generally pleased with its operation. However, occasionally the controller does not acknowledge the as open or closed. The website states that this issue could be the sensor battery needs replacement. Why would a new unit require a battery replacement ??

Great option if you lost your car remote.. Purchased 2 because I have 2 bay garage and it is worth purchasing 2 units for the great price instead of purchasing an additional sensor for the same price. Connect the hub to both sensors you will have a spare hub but you can use it in case the other hub becomes defective.Stopped working once I had to unplug from the outlet plug it back in and for it to reboot. Even though that was an issue it is a great product very affordable easy to install glad I found this product!
