The app is not always reliable. Sometimes it opens/closes on command and other times it does not respond. This makes me nervous if I were in a situation where I could not close the garage and I was not near home.

I am so happy with this purchase. It was a bit hassle to set it up as my garage door opener was a bit old but it took about 2-3 turns and it successfully got connected.
