Love the functionality with being able to open and close doors from my phone. My son came to visit and did not have the app. I was able to open the garage door for him from work.

Should have researched this more. It mostly works with my wife’s car, and is cheap. I just wished they would support more home assistant services.

So easy to install and set up! I was able to install it in the garage in a very short period of time, and it integrated easily with my existing opener. Now I can control the garage with my phone and make sure that it's closed.

Easy setup. But had to call customer care for the proper working state. May be they need to update the video setup guide

Works great to make a dumb garage SMART! The app works great and lets you know when door is open or closed. You can set an automatic timer to close the garage door at night...just in case you forget.

Purchased this item to connect to an older Genie unit. Step by step process was super easy to walk through the install. Very convenient app.

[Employee of bestbuy] I initially set this up using the wifi from my Eero network and it worked great for a couple months. Then randomly one day I noticed that it wasnt working anymore. After lots of troubleshooting I found that it “wasn’t connecting to the MyQ servers”. I tried multiple times to get it to reconnect but it just wouldn’t stay connected. So as a last resort I tried connecting it to my old modem/router that im using just for the Eero connection and it’s working perfectly fine now. Connection issues aside, it’s great to have wireless control over the garage now.

Had a few missteps with product availability. But once finally received and installed is working as expected. Tech was very patience during setup and explained as necessary.

Product works as expected. Shows status of garage door in other apps. Nothing negative can be said. Inexpensive way to bring your garage door into your smart home system. No issues with set up. Quick and easy.

I believe this product would work as advertised (I bought it on advice of a satisfied owner), but it would not work in my situation. Our detached garage is apparently to too far from the WiFi source for it to get a network signal (although our Ring camera is able to), and I did not wish to invest in additional equipment.

I love it! Its really convenient and helpful. You dont have to worry about if you close the garage or not. The app basically tells you.

It has been a great addition to our garage. Very useful when the remote isn't handy or if you are away and unsure if you closed the garage before leaving. Only issue is, it drops off line periodically and you have to wait for it to come back online.

Best $25 bucks I have spent on a gadget! Simple install and capability allow compatible garage door motors to provide control of garage door. My wife and I can drive away without saying..."didn't you close the garage! LoL

Set up was very simple and the app you download guides you thru it smoothly. It is so nice to be able to check if I forgot to close the garage door without having to drive home.
