Unfortunately, mine was one that it didn't even though I have a Craftsman wi-fi garage door opener. I spent over an hour on chat with support and she had no idea why it wouldn't work. The only thing we could get it to do was to monitor whether the door was open or closed but would not actually open or close the door.

Second Geek Squad got it up and running. I’m thrilled since my garage opener is so old and I’m not ready to replace a functioning door, but wanted the smart features of new garage doors. Got it!!! So happy!!!
