Bad Chamberlain customer support!

Chamberlain support refused to recognize the problem was the myQ hardware and NOT my router. I gave up and just bought this new one, which has been working fine. Lets see how long this model lasts.... Product is good when it works. Chamberlain support is HORRIBLE for this device (though their support team that handles the garage door opener products have been great).

They send me advertisements via notification on the app. If I turn them off, I no longer receive the notifications for the door opening or closing. I already bought it. I am going to get a different hub and turn off the myq connection.
