Great for paranoid people!

We have an old garage and in the past two places we have lived we had trouble with the garage randomly opening. Haven’t had that problem with this garage but this item gives me peace of mind knowing I can check it to see if the garage is open or closed. Also being able to wirelessly open the garage is nice when you need it.
