Had the Aladdin genie which I had many issues with over 2 years. Installation of the Aladdin took hours because if a wifi issue. The Q is the way to go, extremely responsive for being over wifi and easy to set.

Once I got the installation figured out (forgot to put the door sensor on the door) it has been working great. There are 5 of us in the house and this is much better then buy additional openers.

What a neat product! My wife and I were worried about someone breaking into our cars while we weren’t home. The Q actually gets rid of your remote in the car. You go to an app to not only open and close, if you were second guessing whether you closed the door, the app would tell you

It seems to work great but the upsetting issue is the cost for second door sensor. 2+ times the cost of a complete package. With a separate app you can control your door with alexa. They don't recommend using alexa since anyone can get in your garage just by telling alexa to open the door.

This is the best product to convert any garage door to smart garage. Hope to see discounted price for car subscription one time than recurring cost.

Give it a 5 with complaint but probably safety reasons. Little slow to close as it goes through warning sound / flashing light before closing but that is probably required. Open is just as good as using the remote. Nice feature where it detects if the door is open.

I’ve been enjoying this product. The sense of relief of receiving a notification that my garage door has been closed is amazing. Best Buy installed this in a matter of 15 minutes. I strongly recommend it.

Great for remote opening and closing of your garage. Always nice knowing the status of your door and the history function is a plus.

Setup to connect to WiFi was a little difficult but was able to get it to connect. The sensor button to pair up with hub was pushed in but not connecting. Had to use little extra force before getting it to work. Very close to returning it because of the difficulties with pairing. Once setup it works well.

Love the Chamberlain myQ garage Wireless Control. Great to use when not at home for other family members. The App shows when the garage is open and closed. GREAT Product!!

Tried two different ones of these and neither of them worked well. When they did work they worked great though, very disappointed that it wouldn’t work like I did the first couple days because if I did this would be a wonderful products

My wife has a bad habit of leaving the garage door open. With this, we are both able to keep track of when that happens!

Super easy to set up, my Chamberlain garage door opener came with the house so I imagine its at least 15+ years old or more

If your garage opener doesn’t have Wi-Fi or you have a two car garage and need another sensor for the other door this is what you need.works great with the app as well

I bought this to replace the Genie Aladdin Connect opener. This one responds much faster and it integrated with my home alarm system. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have an automatic timed close function like my other one did.

Purchased for the convince of being able to open or close my garage door when in the yard and I don’t have keys to get into my vehicle, or in the garage and don’t want to run to the other side to open the door. Just make sure you have adequate Wi-Fi strength in your garage to operate. I had the Wi-Fi strength indicated in the manual but I ended up needing a Wi-Fi boost to operate reliably. I also don’t care for the strobing light when using the app to close the door. Maybe there is a way to turn this off but it isn’t listed in the manual. I would prefer the hub acted like the garage door motor and was a secondary light that stayed on for a short time. Still relatively new so time will tell, but for $20-ish it was worth a shot.

Garage door control works as expected. It took very little time to set up. The white color is better than the black they had previously.

I moved into a new house that didn’t have a Wi-Fi enabled garage door opener and really missed that feature from my previous house. I installed this one and it works perfect. Never had any issues with connection or it not working
