Universal garage door opener!

It works with my Genie garage door opener! So glad they made it to include others. Seamless set up, and install under an hour. What’s best, is it links with my Amazon Prime account to allow deliveries to my garage. Not only that, but the new Tesla update, I can control it from my car and it has an automation option.

Great Concept but Randomly Opens Garage

We reset our Garage door and the My Q device 4 times, checked the wiring of the actual garage door opener, and all other steps Chamberlain told us to do and it still opens our Garage randomly. We know it is the MY Q device as it beeps and opens the garage even though no one has used the app and no one is around outside (a neighbor opening garage). We tried to patiently go through all the steps and Chamberlains recommendation was to return it to Best Buy…too bad that window has already passed.

The MyQ Smart Garage Hub will beep when the door is being closed via the app or by the timer set on your wall control panel. For an opener operating on it's own, we would recommend to follow the steps in the link below to troubleshoot.
