The only drawback is the lag and slowness of the action. The app takes time to load and the device takes time to react on the action from the app.

I used command strips instead of drilling it to the wall. The only complaint I have is that it takes the garage a bit longer to close after pushing “close” in the app. Also, the phone alerts are a tad bit delayed. Other than that, this product is great.
