Not worth the money

Good build quality, easy to set up and easy to install. Once it's installed though, it loses Wi-Fi signal every couple of days at the most inconvenient of times. I've moved the head unit to several places to get the best quality signal and also avoid radio signals from the electric motor but to no avail. I don't recommend this and if you buy it you will ultimately regret it.

They bury the compatibility chart in their website. The labeling on the box is very misleading stating it's compatible with most brands. There are several it doesn't work with including most craftsman, all linear, and some lift master.

Lacks voice assistant features

Works fine but no compatibility

Well i am haveing trouble with this item. It will open with myQ app but i can not get it to close? Can you help?? So nto sure if i am going to send it back. Hopefully someone can help me. Not going to rate this yet. Will wait and see if I can get help.

Constantly have to reset

But about once a week it appears to "lock-up" - blue and green light indicating no internet connection and I have to reset it (unplug and plug back in) for it to reconnect to internet. The WAP is about feet away through the ceiling, so not an wireless signal strength issue
