Don't purchase if you have an "overhead doors" unit, but apparently it's supposed to function with "overhead garage doors" company.

Posted .We do apologize for the inconvenience. The Smart Control is compatible with Craftsman openers manufactured after 1993 to present, however it does depend on the model as well. In addition, it works with most brands of garage door openers manufactured after 1993 that use photoelectric sensors that do not shut off. It is not intended for use with openers in which the photoelectric sensors located near the bottom of the garage door change power mode (e.g., lights on the sensors turn off after the door is closed), or any Chamberlain Group opener with a yellow learn button manufactured between 2010 and 2021, or any Linear opener.

They sent the hub after the cameras they stayed in still miss and i got charged $65.00 for memory then the next day $139.99. I want my money back and no one has refunded me the company does not answer . Do not buy this!!!!! Unless you are blind

We can always suggest opening and closing your door three full cycles through your wall control panel button, as this will align your Smart hub with your door sensor. Doesn’t want to connect to my router

I’m so frustrated I really wanted this to work but I might be going with a different device.

Currently, it thinks the door is open when it’s not. If they’d made it a bit heavier, at least it could be used as a doorstop.

Great Garage opener
