Server issues

There does not seem to be a way to reach customer service and no way to fix this. I had to seek alternative ways to use my garage.

Really not working with normal person

Specially ur grage opener is not working well with this things. It took me like 1 hour to pair it last step. I dont think this a good idea to buy without a lot of knowledge. Be ware.

Unfortunately, I missed the return deadline. now it's just collecting dust somewhere in my garage.

But they are the most fragile, difficult to set up, smart home device I have ever owned,

Open/close function doesn’t work. I only get notifications when the garage door opens or closes.

Wish I Had Discovered This Sooner!

We have both cars and motorcycles, so we were always moving remotes around, sometimes not having one when needed. Now, all you need is your phone. It’s also nice to be able to let a friend or neighbor into your garage remotely. Setup was very simple and quick. Flashing light and beeping when closing are a nice safety feature since you may not see someone closing the door.
