Its a good product, but sometimes slow to connect even with Face ID The intructions are not thorough and required a phone call to customer support that was very helpful.

I was lucky to find myQ at Best Buy's lowest price in one day. It is so far so good. Just I want to know the "closed" in the myQ app of my smartphone!

My husband loves this because in case we forget to close the garage, it automatically closes it at a certain time every evening. He also likes that he can check the status of gargage at any time.

Best inexpensive way to easily have access to open and close your garage from anywhere. I was 650 miles away and was able to open the garage so my parents could check on my house.

App doesn't really work that well. Can't provide any customizations for settings like when the garage door beeps for 10 seconds before closing.

Directions were very clear to follow for installation and setup. I wish that you could remotely raise and lower this in case you forgot to put your garage door down when you left. This is designed to work with WiFi direct.

I had an issue the first day with the setup even though the door was opening and closing the app thought it was failing. Next day it worked fine and has every time since.

This works well. I wish the app was better, and it integrated with HomeKit easier. I still haven’t figured out how to do that yet

This garage door opener is very efficient. As long as your door is listed as one the system is compatible with it works excellent. Open n close is more precise than others on the market with good alerts

Really paranoid about the garage door being closed after my husband and daughter tend to forget to close it. Can quickly see the status of the door and take action if needed. Great tool!!! Works great!!

I love the ability to pop open the garage door when I’m not driving my personal car when I have the ability to stop home for lunch or if I need to let somebody into the home.. super easy to install has never not worked!!

Nice to know if you closed the door after you left the house or if someone else opens the door when your away or you can open the door for someone while you’re away. Very convenient!

Overall, the system does what it is supposed to do. I was hoping the app would have more capabilities like alerting when its too late at night, but it opens and closes great with wifi.
