Setting up took a lil longer than expected...for whatever reason my particular unit was having difficulties connecting. (Was NOT User error)….After finally connecting my unit has been working just fine. I am a little disappointed that I cannot connect with my Goggle Assistant/smartthings without paying a fee. This kind of annoyed me..

James the installer was great call before arriving giving estimate time did and excellent job I would recommend his work to the next person in line

I like this added smart home feature. I can use my phone if I am in my old car without a remote button or when I am on my motorcycle. I don't have to park, go in the house, open the garage and then pull in.

I bought as Christmas gift for sister to make it easier to open garage door with phone. Lives in country where cold she drives right into garage with not walking outside

Works well with the amazon service for dropping off packages in your garage vice leaving them on your porch.

THE QSMART GARAGE HUB IS AN AWESOME DEVICE. THERE IS NO NEED TO SPECULATE IF THE GARAGE DOOR IS OPEN OR CLOSED. EXCELLENT MENU WITH DETAILED PROMPTS TO ADDRESS YOUR EVERY NEED.

Very cool and great features. It is a major help on the busy mornings when you just can't remember if you closed the garage. Recommend 10/10.

It works well. Tried it a few years ago and it didn’t work but now that I have better WiFi it’s perfect. So my advice would be to check the WiFi strength in your garage first.

Works as described. The app was quirky in the beginning. It wasn’t always responsive. A recent update has resolved that issue.

I bough this instead of replacing some dead remote door openers. Love it so much that I bought it for my new home.

I’m usually pretty good with tech and smart home devices as I’ve been using many different ones from the start. This product is great and has a lot of great features and I am overall pretty happy with it. Only complaints are: - tricky setup but not impossible by any means - original app felt under developed but it has been replaced with a new app. A couple issues arose while trying to transition to new app that was released as the old one no longer worked.

I purchased this after returning my insignia wireless garage door opener which didn't work with Genie. Product specification said it will work with Genie. After several attempts, I gave up. Upon further search on Google, I learned that its Genie who is the problem, maybe Chamberlain needs to update the marketing information. Sold it to a friend who has Chamberlain garage opener and it worked for him like a charm.

This allows me to have peace of mind with my garage door. I would hate when I left for the day and couldn't remember if I closed the door or not but I can now check from my phone!

The set up was a bit difficult when trying to pair everything but a quick call to support fixed it for us. Works great now

Works pretty good most the time bust sometimes gets an error on the app and needs to be open from the garage door opener

Works good. Device got disconnected after first week. Resetup and so far so good. Hopefully it does not disconnect again.
