I like this added smart home feature. I can use my phone if I am in my old car without a remote button or when I am on my motorcycle. I don't have to park, go in the house, open the garage and then pull in.

I hate that I can’t use this with homekit unless I purchase another $90-$100 piece of equipment. I guess it works if you use their app, but I don’t like using separate apps for different devices. Annoying. And it seems to me that I’ve read they charge a subscription if you want to use google or Alexa? That’s just wrong. But again, it works.

Very cool and great features. It is a major help on the busy mornings when you just can't remember if you closed the garage. Recommend 10/10.

THE QSMART GARAGE HUB IS AN AWESOME DEVICE. THERE IS NO NEED TO SPECULATE IF THE GARAGE DOOR IS OPEN OR CLOSED. EXCELLENT MENU WITH DETAILED PROMPTS TO ADDRESS YOUR EVERY NEED.

I bought as Christmas gift for sister to make it easier to open garage door with phone. Lives in country where cold she drives right into garage with not walking outside

Works well easy set up my garage door opener is perfectly good but I wanted Wi-Fi control saw this offer purchased it at Best Buy very happy works terrific very easy to set up glad I made the purchase

It works well. Tried it a few years ago and it didn’t work but now that I have better WiFi it’s perfect. So my advice would be to check the WiFi strength in your garage first.

Works as described. The app was quirky in the beginning. It wasn’t always responsive. A recent update has resolved that issue.

Notifies you of garage doors status opened or closed for security and peace of mind. Also has the ability to open and close garage from phone app. Wi-fi needed. Great product!

Works well with the amazon service for dropping off packages in your garage vice leaving them on your porch.

I’m usually pretty good with tech and smart home devices as I’ve been using many different ones from the start. This product is great and has a lot of great features and I am overall pretty happy with it. Only complaints are: - tricky setup but not impossible by any means - original app felt under developed but it has been replaced with a new app. A couple issues arose while trying to transition to new app that was released as the old one no longer worked.

This allows me to have peace of mind with my garage door. I would hate when I left for the day and couldn't remember if I closed the door or not but I can now check from my phone!

I purchased this after returning my insignia wireless garage door opener which didn't work with Genie. Product specification said it will work with Genie. After several attempts, I gave up. Upon further search on Google, I learned that its Genie who is the problem, maybe Chamberlain needs to update the marketing information. Sold it to a friend who has Chamberlain garage opener and it worked for him like a charm.

This device allows you to be able to control the garage door from your smart device. This is very handy for the mornings that you are half asleep and second guess whether you closed the door or not.

Haven't used it a lot but so far it works as expected. I wish it had better integration with Google Assistant but works as advertised

I got it to monitor my garage walk in Door because I thought it used motion detection, I was wrong, it uses something like a gyroscope, so it is good for the big service Door, not the walk in Door.

The set up was a bit difficult when trying to pair everything but a quick call to support fixed it for us. Works great now

I would often have to turn back around to make sure I closed the garage door. This is a great garage door app and when I am expecting someone can open remotely instead of leaving out a key.
