This product works very well if you have the need to control your garage door operator with your cell phone from anywhere.

This kit is a very easy way to make any garage door opener wifi connected. It basically is a "clicker" for your garage that you control via your smartphone vs. an actual button. Installation is very easy: You stick a sensor to the door itself (so it can tell if the door is open or closed). Of note, the included sticky velco was not strong enough to hold it to the door, I ended up using my own double sided tape. Also included are screws, but I did not want to screw into my garage door. You then get on the ladder, and mount the receiver by your garage opener. Plug it in and use the app to set it up. Only involves a button push on your opener, and walking through the steps on the app. In total, it took me about 15 minutes to mount everything and set it up. Usage: Very simple, you tap the garage door icon in the app to either open or close the door. That's about it. NO settings for anything. Note that the unit will flash a light, and beep continuously.as its opening or closing. This is a built in safety feature, but is also a bit annoying. I wish that this unit was homekit compatible. I have to have yet another app on my phone to use this. Not the end of the world, but It would have been nice. Overall: Very easy to use and install. No customization settings and not homekit compatible take away a 5th star.

Once it is set up and working, it works well. There are no instructions included because the app walks you through the set up. However, if something happens and the hub loses connection with the garage door frequency there is no easy way to fix it and the lack of instructions make it extremely difficult.
