Sometimes it works great for a few times then it just doesn't. The app shows that the door is operating but the door is not moving. So for me this is just a gimmick. Can't count on it.

Called customer support and was told to return due to defective unit. Put new unit in, and same problem. Have written customer service 3 times and have had no response.

Tried to close it remotely & if reported an issue, wound up having to go through the install steps all over again. The positive - the auto close worked - the install instructions are great
