Only works well on some openers

Worked for about 2 weeks then quit. Tried to program all over again would not go into manual program mode. Synced it up with door switch again to be in Monitor door only mode but it now drops out 3 or 4 times a day. Mine is junk. Emailed Chamberlin service and help line have heard nothing in over a week. Going to try to return to store or trade I guess.

I verify on the web site and is what compatible. I try to do some troubleshoot but it only tells me when the door is open or closed. Not working for the main use.
