Somehow the hub lost connection not just once but three time. When it does, its useless and you'll have to hard reset the unit and start fresh and I've ran into reconnection issue. Worst part (not sure what happen) but my other stall was open halfway when I woke up to go to work and the only controller for that stall is in my other car that's in a airtight storage container that's in that stall. Weird I say, bugs and glitches, probably. Oh yeah be prepare to be annoyed when closing the door via this hub. Alot of strobe lights and beeping.

The provided instructions are useless. I had to google an alternate way to setup and for something that should take less than 30 minutes to install and setup took several hours

Doesnt always connect to the phone app

Accessing the functions and features via the app is at best 35% successful..

I don't trust that's its open or closed. I feel like you still need a security camera you can view to make sure it's shut. What if the power happens to go out.

I would have rated it 5 stars except you cant open the garage via voice. Have to open the app, sign in and then push the open button. Might as well just use my garage remote. Its only one button to push.
